# Directions:
01 - In a food processor or high-powered blender, combine the feta cheese, Greek yogurt, optional cream cheese, olive oil, dried oregano, thyme, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
02 - Blend for 1 to 2 minutes, scraping down the sides as necessary, until the mixture reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
03 - Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if needed.
04 - Transfer the whipped feta to a serving bowl, drizzle with additional olive oil, and sprinkle with lemon zest, fresh herbs, and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
05 - Serve immediately alongside pita chips, fresh vegetables, crackers, or warm pita bread.
