01 - 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee or strong chilled coffee
→ Tahini Blend
02 - 3 tablespoons tahini, well-stirred
03 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, to taste
04 - ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
05 - Pinch sea salt
→ Milk & Ice
06 - ½ cup plant-based milk such as almond, oat, or soy
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
# Directions:
01 - In a small bowl or pitcher, whisk together tahini, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and sea salt until mixture becomes completely smooth.
02 - Fill two tall glasses with ice cubes.
03 - Divide the cold brew coffee evenly between the glasses over ice.
04 - Spoon the prepared tahini mixture into each glass and stir thoroughly to blend.
