# Components:

→ Probiotic Base

01 - 4 cups filtered water
02 - 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons water kefir grains or 2 tablespoons ginger bug
04 - 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

→ Flavoring

05 - 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
06 - 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
07 - 8 fresh mint leaves
08 - 4 thin orange slices
09 - Ice cubes

# Directions:

01 - In a thoroughly cleaned large glass jar, combine filtered water and organic cane sugar. Stir until fully dissolved using a non-metallic spoon, then incorporate water kefir grains or ginger bug along with fresh lemon juice.
02 - Secure the jar with a breathable cloth or coffee filter fastened by a rubber band. Allow the mixture to ferment at ambient temperature (68–77°F) for 24–48 hours, until effervescent and tangy.
03 - Remove the water kefir grains or ginger bug using a fine mesh strainer. Reserve for future batches or discard.
04 - Transfer the fermented base into a pitcher and add fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, and mint leaves. Stir gently to integrate ingredients.
05 - Fill each glass with ice cubes, pour the blended mocktail over, and garnish with an orange slice and additional mint leaves if preferred.
