# Directions:
01 - Preheat the oven broiler to high, positioning a rack approximately 6 inches from the heat source.
02 - Place the square crackers evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
03 - Layer 2 slices of pepperoni on each cracker, allowing slight overlap.
04 - Distribute a generous pinch of shredded mozzarella over the pepperoni on each cracker.
05 - Lightly dust each bite with grated Parmesan cheese, if using.
