# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
03 - Arrange 3 slices of pepperoni and a generous portion of shredded mozzarella onto the wide end of each triangle.
04 - Roll each triangle tightly towards the pointed end, tucking in any cheese or pepperoni as needed to prevent spillage.
05 - Place assembled rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
