# Directions:

01 - Arrange a large round serving board or platter as the base.
02 - Drape a slice of meat halfway over the rim of a wine glass. Overlap additional slices around the rim until you use 5 to 7 slices. Invert the glass gently onto the board to release the rose shape. Repeat with each meat variety, spacing roses evenly.
03 - Distribute the brie wedges, manchego slices, and cheddar cubes around the meat roses on the board.
04 - Fill remaining spaces with red and green grapes, thin pear slices, and pomegranate seeds to add color and freshness.
05 - Place clusters of mixed nuts, dried apricots, and olives throughout the board. Garnish with fresh rosemary, thyme sprigs, and optional edible flowers for visual appeal.
