06 - 1 avocado, sliced

08 - 2 tablespoons pickled ginger
09 - 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
10 - 1 scallion, finely sliced
11 - Optional: chili flakes or sriracha
# Directions:
01 - Add cooked rice to a microwave-safe bowl and distribute flaked salmon evenly on top.
02 - Position 2 ice cubes over the salmon and rice to facilitate steam during heating.
03 - Cover bowl loosely using parchment paper or a microwave-safe plate.
04 - Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, until ice cubes are fully melted and both rice and salmon are heated thoroughly and remain moist.
05 - Remove bowl from microwave and immediately drizzle soy sauce or tamari and sesame oil evenly over contents.
06 - Arrange sliced avocado, cucumber, and pickled ginger on top. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallion.
07 - Top with chili flakes or a drizzle of sriracha to taste, if desired.
08 - Serve immediately for optimal texture and flavor.
