01 - Dice all deli meats and cheeses into uniform, bite-sized pieces for even mixing.
02 - Place chopped meats, cheeses, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, pepperoncini peppers, roasted red peppers, olives, and cucumber into a large mixing bowl.
03 - Whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, Dijon mustard, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and freshly ground black pepper in a small bowl until emulsified.
04 - Pour the dressing over the filling ingredients and toss thoroughly until everything is evenly coated.
