01 - 1 cup dill pickle brine (from a jar of dill pickles)
02 - 1 cup sparkling water, unflavored
03 - 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
04 - 1 tablespoon hot buffalo sauce
05 - 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (for vegan option)

→ Garnish / Add-ins

06 - 2 small dill pickles, sliced thinly
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped (optional)

# Directions:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together dill pickle brine, sparkling water, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and honey or agave syrup until the mixture is smooth and fully incorporated.
02 - Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or spice with more honey or buffalo sauce if desired.
03 - Arrange a few slices of dill pickle and a pinch of fresh dill, if using, into each popsicle mold.
04 - Carefully pour the prepared liquid mixture into the molds, leaving a small gap at the top to allow for expansion before freezing.
05 - Place popsicle sticks into each mold and ensure they stand upright.
06 - Place the filled molds in the freezer and leave to set for at least 4 hours, until completely frozen.
07 - Briefly run popsicle molds under warm water to loosen, then gently remove the soda pops for serving.
