Quick Cranberry Brie Bites (Print)

Flaky puff pastry squares filled with creamy Brie cheese and tangy cranberry sauce, topped with nuts and herbs.

# Components:

→ Dairy

01 - 7 oz Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 24 cubes

→ Pastry

02 - 1 sheet (9 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed

→ Sauce

03 - ½ cup cranberry sauce, homemade or store-bought

→ Garnish (Optional)

04 - 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Prepare a 24-cup mini muffin tin by spraying with nonstick spray or lining with parchment squares.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to a 12 x 12 inch square. Cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Gently press each square into the mini muffin cups to form shells.
04 - Place one cube of Brie cheese into each pastry shell.
05 - Top each pastry shell with a heaping ½ teaspoon of cranberry sauce.
06 - Optionally, sprinkle chopped nuts and rosemary over each bite.
07 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until the pastry is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
08 - Allow bites to cool slightly before serving warm.
