06 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
07 - Pinch of sea salt

→ Coating

08 - 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut for rolling

# Directions:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, coconut butter, coconut oil, powdered erythritol, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms.
02 - Refrigerate the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes to allow it to firm slightly.
03 - Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, portion out the dough and roll into 1-inch balls.
04 - Roll each ball in the extra shredded coconut to evenly coat the surface.
05 - Place balls on a parchment-lined tray and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes until firm.
06 - Keep the balls in an airtight container refrigerated for up to one week.
