# Directions:

01 - Insert a long wooden or metal skewer lengthwise through the center of each potato.
02 - Holding the skewer, carefully slice the potato in a spiral motion with a sharp knife, rotating as you cut and gently pulling to space the slices evenly.
03 - In a small bowl, thoroughly combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Brush or rub the mixture evenly over each spiraled potato, ensuring coverage between the layers.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
06 - Arrange the skewered potatoes in the air fryer basket without touching.
07 - Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning each skewer halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crisp.
