12 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

# Directions:

01 - Set the oven to 400°F and allow it to preheat fully.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
03 - Arrange the tomatoes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, until softened, caramelized, and slightly blistered. Permit to cool slightly.
04 - In a food processor, blend feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper until thoroughly smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
05 - Transfer whipped feta mixture to a shallow serving bowl, smoothing the top with the back of a spoon.
06 - Top whipped feta with roasted cherry tomatoes and their juices. Garnish with torn basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil.
