# Directions:

01 - Preheat your waffle iron according to manufacturer instructions.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly mixed.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, whole milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
04 - Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; some lumps are acceptable to avoid overmixing.
05 - Lightly grease the waffle iron. Pour about ½ cup batter onto the hot iron for each waffle. Cook each for 4 to 5 minutes until golden and crisp.
06 - Remove waffles from the iron and cut each round into quarters.
