01 - In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, chopped basil, grated Parmesan, dried oregano, and black pepper. Mix until fully blended.
02 - Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface and evenly spread one-quarter of the cheese mixture, leaving approximately 0.4 inch border around edges.

# Chef Secrets:

01 -
  • They hold up beautifully in the fridge for two days, so you can prep them Sunday night and forget about lunch until Wednesday.
  • The cream cheese mixture does all the heavy lifting, no cooking or waiting, just mix and spread.
  • Every bite feels indulgent but the protein from the turkey keeps you full without that heavy, sluggish feeling.
02 -
  • If your cream cheese is too cold it will rip the tortilla when you spread it, I ruined two wraps before I figured that out.
  • Pat the sun-dried tomatoes completely dry or the oil will seep through and make everything slippery and hard to slice cleanly.
03 -
  • Use a serrated knife to slice the rolls cleanly without squishing the filling out the sides.
  • If you're making these ahead, don't slice them until just before serving so the cut edges stay fresh and don't dry out.
