# Directions:
01 - In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed spring greens, sliced radishes, halved sugar snap peas, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and sliced green onions. Gently toss to ensure even distribution.
02 - In a small bowl or jar, vigorously whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, finely chopped fresh herbs, and minced garlic. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to your preference.
03 - Just prior to serving, drizzle the prepared herb vinaigrette over the salad. Toss to coat all the salad components thoroughly and evenly.
