# Components:

01 - 10 slices soft white sandwich bread, crusts removed

02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
04 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
05 - 1 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - 1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
07 - 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
08 - 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

→ Coating

09 - 3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut

# Directions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, mayonnaise, chives, dill, pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth and homogenous.
02 - Lay the bread slices flat and spread an even layer of the filling over each. Top with another slice to form 5 sandwiches and gently press together.
03 - Using a 1.5-inch round cookie cutter, cut 4 circles from each sandwich, ensuring clean edges.
04 - Pour shredded coconut onto a small plate for easy coating.
05 - Lightly brush each sandwich bite’s edges with water or extra cream cheese to enable the shredded coconut to adhere effectively.
06 - Roll the sides and tops of each bite in the shredded coconut, achieving a uniform snowball appearance.
07 - Arrange the coated bites on a platter and refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
