Recipe Q&A

How do I get distinct layers?

Allow each layer to fully chill and set before adding the next to prevent colors from blending.

Can I substitute dairy in the white layer?

Yes, use coconut milk and sugar instead of sweetened condensed milk for a dairy-free alternative.

What is the best way to chill the cups at an angle?

Use a muffin tin to hold cups tilted during chilling, creating angled, visually appealing layers.

Can other flavors be used instead of the suggested ones?

Feel free to swap berry flavors for red and blue layers to suit your taste or availability.

How long should each layer chill?

Chill red and white layers for 45–60 minutes each, blue layer for at least 2 hours for proper setting.

Are these cups gluten-free?

Yes, but verify gelatin and condensed milk brands to ensure no hidden gluten ingredients.
