Quick Holiday Citrus Punch (Print)

A festive punch with cranberry, citrus juices, and a fruit-studded ice ring for gatherings.

01 - 1 orange, thinly sliced
02 - 1 lemon, thinly sliced
03 - 1 cup fresh cranberries
04 - 2 cups water or clear fruit juice (such as white grape juice)

→ Punch

05 - 4 cups cranberry juice, chilled
06 - 2 cups orange juice, chilled
07 - 1 cup pineapple juice, chilled
08 - 34 fl oz ginger ale, chilled
09 - 34 fl oz lemon-lime soda, chilled
10 - ½ cup fresh lemon juice
11 - ½ cup simple syrup (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Arrange orange slices, lemon slices, and cranberries evenly in a Bundt pan or ring mold. Cover with water or clear fruit juice. Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
02 - Briefly dip the mold in warm water to loosen the ice ring. Invert onto a serving plate carefully.
03 - In a large punch bowl, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup if using. Stir until uniform.
04 - Gently pour chilled ginger ale and lemon-lime soda into the juice mixture just before serving. Stir lightly to combine without losing carbonation.
