# Chef Secrets:

01 -
  • It tastes like pizza night without the yeast, rising times, or pizza-making anxiety.
  • Full of protein and calcium, so you feel genuinely nourished, not just satisfied.
  • Comes together in under an hour, which means weeknight dinner that doesn't feel like a shortcut.
02 -
  • Don't skip the resting time—I learned this the hard way when I tried to serve it straight from the oven and ended up with a cheesy puddle on everyone's plate.
  • The cottage cheese might look strange at first, but it melts into the most luscious, creamy texture by the time it's done baking—trust the process.
03 -
  • Use full-fat cottage cheese whenever possible—it creates a noticeably creamier, more luxurious texture than the low-fat version.
  • Don't be afraid to let it broil at the end if you want a darker, more pizza-like crust on top, just don't leave the oven unattended.
