Olympic Rings Mini Bagels (Print)

# Components:

01 - 10 mini bagels (plain or assorted)

→ Cream Cheese Base

02 - 7 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
04 - Salt and pepper to taste

05 - 2 tbsp finely chopped black olives (black ring)
06 - 2 tbsp finely chopped yellow bell pepper (yellow ring)
07 - 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh dill or chives (green ring)
08 - 2 tbsp finely diced tomatoes or roasted red peppers (red ring)
09 - 2 tbsp finely chopped purple cabbage (blue ring) or blue food coloring

→ Decoration

10 - 10 small fresh basil leaves
11 - Edible gold dust or sesame seeds (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Slice mini bagels horizontally and arrange cut-side up on a large serving platter in the shape of five interlocking Olympic rings.
02 - Combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl until smooth.
03 - Portion cream cheese mixture evenly into five small bowls. Add one colored topping or blue food coloring to each: black olives, yellow bell pepper, dill or chives, tomatoes or roasted red peppers, and purple cabbage. Mix thoroughly.
04 - Generously spread each colored cream cheese mixture onto two bagel halves, corresponding to each Olympic ring color.
05 - Arrange the decorated bagels on the platter to form the Olympic rings, slightly overlapping where needed.
06 - Top each ring with a fresh basil leaf and optionally sprinkle edible gold dust or sesame seeds for medal effect.
07 - Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
