Hot Chocolate Bomb Bark (Print)

Rich chocolate bark layered with cocoa mix, marshmallows, and optional peppermint for festive enjoyment.

# Components:

→ Chocolate

01 - 10.5 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped or chips
02 - 3.5 oz white chocolate, chopped or chips

→ Fillings & Toppings

03 - 2 oz mini marshmallows
04 - 3 tbsp hot cocoa mix
05 - 2 tbsp crushed peppermint candies (optional)
06 - 2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Gently melt semisweet chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in 30-second microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
03 - Pour melted semisweet chocolate onto prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
04 - While chocolate remains warm, evenly sprinkle hot cocoa mix, mini marshmallows, and crushed peppermint candies if using over the surface.
05 - Melt white chocolate using the same method as semisweet chocolate until smooth.
06 - Using a spoon, drizzle melted white chocolate in zig-zag patterns across the bark.
07 - Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles or any additional desired toppings over the surface.
08 - Gently press toppings into the chocolate with a spatula or hands to ensure adhesion.
09 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until fully set and firm to the touch.
10 - Once set, break into large pieces and package for gifting or store in an airtight container.
