04 - Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken bites for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through, ensuring an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.
05 - Arrange grilled chicken bites on a platter. Drizzle or serve with creamy garlic sauce and garnish with chopped parsley.
