Beef, cheese, and tortilla wraps grilled until golden, perfect for a quick comforting lunch or dinner.

# Components:

→ Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
03 - 1/4 cup ketchup
04 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
05 - Salt, to taste
06 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Assembly and Cooking

07 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
08 - 4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil or unsalted butter, for grilling

→ Optional Garnishes

10 - Pickle slices
11 - Lettuce leaves
12 - Tomato slices

# Directions:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is fully browned and the onion is softened. Drain excess fat from the pan.
02 - Stir in ketchup, yellow mustard, salt, and black pepper. Continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture is thoroughly combined and heated.
03 - Lay the flour tortillas flat and distribute the beef mixture evenly down the center of each tortilla.
04 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese generously over the beef. Add optional garnishes such as pickles, lettuce, or tomato slices as desired.
05 - Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll up tightly from the bottom, burrito-style, to enclose the filling.
06 - Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until each wrap is golden brown and crisp.
07 - Remove the wraps from the skillet, slice each one in half, and serve hot with your preferred dipping sauces.
