# Directions:
01 - Wash and dry all vegetables thoroughly.
02 - Peel the carrots and cut into thin sticks.
03 - Slice the cucumber into rounds and halve some to mimic fossil bone shapes.
04 - Cut bell peppers into strips; optionally use a small knife to carve dinosaur bone or footprint shapes.
05 - Position cauliflower and broccoli florets on a large serving platter to resemble fossilized bones and vertebrae.
06 - Use snap peas and carrot sticks to form ribs and limbs on the platter.
07 - Arrange cherry tomatoes around the display to simulate dinosaur eggs.
08 - Serve the hummus or ranch dressing in a small bowl at the center or creatively spread in the shape of a dinosaur skull or footprint.
09 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
