# Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and crab meat. Add the chopped green onions, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly until smooth and evenly blended.
- Place wonton wrappers on a clean, dry work surface. Spoon approximately 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture into the center of each wrapper.
- Lightly moisten the edges of each wrapper with water. Fold into a triangle or pouch and pinch the edges firmly to ensure a secure seal.
- Pour oil into a deep fryer or a heavy-bottomed pot to a depth of 2–3 inches and heat to 350°F.
- Carefully add the filled wontons to the hot oil in small batches. Fry for 3–4 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Arrange the crispy wontons on a serving platter. Garnish with chopped chives or cilantro as desired. Offer with your preferred dipping sauces.
