06 - Gently fold in the grated cheddar, cooled macaroni, and chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
07 - Scoop heaping tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing each portion 2 inches apart for even baking.
08 - Place baking sheets in oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until edges are golden and centers are set.
09 - Remove cookies from oven and allow to cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
