# Directions:

01 - In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gradually add heavy cream and whip until light and fluffy.
02 - Spread the whipped cream cheese mixture evenly onto a large serving board or platter.
03 - Place sliced strawberries, kiwi, butterfly-shaped pineapple, blueberries, grapes, and orange segments in a decorative pattern atop the cream cheese base.
04 - Scatter gluten-free graham crackers or cookies along one side of the serving board for dipping.
05 - Decorate with edible flowers and fresh mint leaves for a fresh, springtime appearance.
06 - Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours prior to serving.
