# Directions:
01 - Set oven temperature to 450°F (230°C). Position pizza stone inside if using.
02 - Place pizza crust onto a lightly oiled baking sheet or pizza peel. Brush surface with olive oil.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken breast with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce until coated evenly.
04 - Spread remaining barbecue sauce evenly over the prepared crust, leaving a small border at the edges.
05 - Sprinkle mozzarella and smoked Gouda cheeses over the barbecue sauce layer.
06 - Distribute marinated chicken, sliced red onion, and jalapeño evenly across cheese layer.
07 - Place pizza in oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and crust is golden.
08 - Remove from oven. Drizzle with extra barbecue sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro. Slice and serve immediately.
